THE POWERHOUSE
Reaching new heights, the AGILOX OCF is the omnidirectional AMR with counterweight from floor to station that lifts and transports heavy loads in open or closed pallets through narrow aisles. Designed to meet all your specific needs, it is available in different configurations (lifting capacity, fork length, lifting height) and can perform from simple to complex logistics tasks.
MAXIMUM FREEDOM
With an electromechanical lifting cylinder, we rely on a powerful lifting system. This makes soiling and the associated maintenance a thing of the past. Our self-driving counterbalanced forklift is a real powerhouse, the AGILOX OCF lifts up to 1,500 kg up to 1,600 mm. Whether the load carrier is an open or closed pallet is irrelevant thanks to the free lift.
MAXIMUM FLEXIBILITY
With three drive units, our AGILOX OCF is based on an omnidirectional drive concept that allows unrestricted freedom of movement. This enables standardized forward and backward movements as well as parallel, diagonal and rotary movements around the center of the vehicle.
SAFE ON THE ROAD
An AGILOX uses the contours of its surroundings to navigate with millimeter precision. Obstacles are automatically recognized as such by the AGILOX and avoided. In addition, various sensors such as the safety laser scanner or obstacle avoidance help to navigate the vehicle precisely and safely through the environment.
VISIBLE ON THE MOVE
The AGILOX OCF is equipped with a floor spotlight, which visually warns people in the movement area of the approaching vehicle by displaying a green light on the floor in front of the vehicle. In addition, white lights are installed at the bottom front and top rear of the lift mast to indicate changes in direction
X-SWARM TECHNOLOGY
All AMRs communicate and exchange information about their position and status. The AGILOX AMRs use X-SWARM technology to dynamically decide which vehicle takes on which task. This solution enables communication and interaction between the AMRs for swarm intelligence. If one robot fails, the others take over to maintain the flow of goods. The AMRs recognize obstacles autonomously and take evasive action to ensure an uninterrupted material flow supply.
